I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Addictions Professional. My passion is working with People that struggle with addiction disorders. This is a marginalized and misunderstood population. They need a professional in their corner that is supportive, and non-judgmental.

I have worked in residential and outpatient treatment. I worked for Operation PAR providing clinical supervision and training to 56+ counselors in a substance abuse setting. I have experience working with Veterans court, Marchman court, and adolescent outpatient for substance abusers. I have worked for several companies providing Methadone treatment to those suffering from opiate addiction. One clinic serving 1500 patients per day.

I am an Instructor at Saint Petersburg College teaching addictions studies, and counseling.

I am a certified MET / CBT therapist. This technique places emphasis on empathy, support, and the nurturing of a healthy therapeutic relationship between patient and therapist.
