Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.” – Brené Brown

My name is Rhamah (Ray-mah) and my pronouns are She/Her and They/Them. I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor Intern. I received my Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, with a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of South Florida. I am a narrative therapist, and I work with clients to understand and change the stories we tell ourselves into something that inspires us to move forward in our lives. I use an integrative mix of CBT, DBT, REBT, and narrative interventions to meet you where you are at so we can work together to achieve your goals.

I became a therapist to support my community in developing adaptive skills for building confidence and nourishing relationships. No matter who you are, you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity as you work toward your goals.
